Excessive cardio without strength training slowly destroys joints and connective tissue, and if you’re someone that heads to these cardio boot camps four to five times per week, you’re setting yourself up for a myriad of injuries.
Catalyst boot camps are different. Our exercises are controlled. Our circuits build strength that you can use outside of the gym. They create stability and reduce pain. From there, you can add in nutritional changes to stimulate weight loss if that’s the goal.

The media has made us believe that you need to be sweating profusely while simultaneously fighting to catch your breath for a class to be successful. We find the opposite is true. Now, we aren’t saying you won’t be working hard in our classes, but they cater to what you actually need, as opposed to what we’ve been lead to believe.
