We’re still “moving in” and rolling out, so watch for your favourite archived posts, fresh articles and info, plus a special Q&A section to sync in this fall. 

Speaking of “moving in”, we’ve expanded into and taken over the space next door here on Dundurn Street South.

Set to officially roll out this month, Catalyst’s team of awesome personal trainers are excited to offer west Hamilton our uniquely specialized personal training services in an even larger, fully-outfitted, completely welcoming conditioning turf space for realizing your next level of fitness goals, as well as some seriously effective pain / injury rehabilitation and management.

And because segues aren’t just for cruisin’ around on… 

Now that we’re talking about injuries and aches, eliminating your chronic body pain remains so much of a constant passion of ours, Bryan has authored an incredible book designed to help with just that. 

Focused on the bane that is SITTING and its resulting pain, this book is your best at-home go-to for simple exercises, stretches, and foam rolling techniques along with — most importantly — detailed instruction on how to execute them safely.
